The termination of this employee after 27 loyal years is a despicable act. Beyond despicable to save a few $

What a mistake. Carol Anne was the face of News @6. Max must have rolled over in his grave. That's it for us. We will now watch Global or CBC.

This was very upsetting news! Carol Anne Mehan is part of our evening. And has been for such a long time. It almost makes me want to watch another news show. This is not a reflection on Graham Richardson. I would like to see them both continue giving us the news. But worse than the cut is that she couldn't say goodbye and viewers couldn't either.

Carol Ann has been one of the best - she has always given all of herself and was there when Max had to leave because of illness. Bell Media does not care..........Mabel & Wally - Sarsfield, ON

Why would you lay off a senior anchor that everyone loves and trusts? Please bring her back!

As of the news I've remove Bell from any thing I can. She was the reason I made sure to get home to watch the news

This is unbelieveable. She is the face of CTV. I am deeply saddened by the news surely this is some type of mistake and would ask the powers that be to reconsider.

Carol Anne has been nothing but professional in her role as news anchor with CTV and has done an outstanding job. One of the biggest draws for me to this particular news telecast is the contribution that she has made. I honestly can't believe that she of all people would be let go. It is a shame really. My 11 year old son was so excited to see her in the Kanata Santa Claus parade, all because of the wonderful job she does every evening providing us with the news of the day.
