I am so angry that Carol Anne was let go from the CTV Ottawa evening news. She is an excellent Journalist and should be brought back.

Furious at the treatment of one of the true voices of Ottawa! This is beyond the pale and I will say that the station has lost more than a few folks who tuned in to watch CJOH at 6 ! The ones who made this happen should be fully ashamed , all she has given to Ottawa and the people who live here and this is how you treat her, SHAME SHAME SHAME ! The last few years have been hard on her but there she was, always a pro and doing her job, and doing it brilliantly. I will NEVER watch CJOH again,, either for news or anything else, it is now blocked and will stay so ,, unless of course you fools beg this woman who as I say IS the voice of Ottawa.. Pathetic is one word,, I have more but will refrain !

I have started to watch the news with my dad and Carol-Anne with Max. News at suppertime aren't the news without her. I will change my news watching to where she gets another job if CTv won't take her back.

What I like about about CTV News is their staff like Carol Annae are personal, community-oriented, authentic where kindness is spoken and apparent.

I was shocked and saddened to hear Graham Richardson announce that Carol Anne would no longer be a part of the team on CTV News. Please, Bell Media, hear our numerous calls to have Carol Ann reinstated back where she belongs!

I'm so sorry for the ones that lost their jobs,its not right,not fair,I think it's rude,but leave it to momma bell, I took out my land line, because I had enough of their rudeness, everyone of them should fight back, cause they all did a terrific job now they are gone so will I ,i won't watch the news now,unless they come back,SHAME ON BELL.

It's like Ottawa doesn't even exist. Max spoke of this scenario years and years ago and hoe he fought to have Ottawa news. What as lose in the face to both Cariol Anne and Carolyn Waldo. Not watching anymore and that's probably the goal there isn't it? To get rid of Ottawa news completely!
