I have seen this woman in action so many times in support of the community and individuals. Her heart is huge and I will miss her very much.

I am (was) a loyal viewer, as were my parents when they were alive. My jaw dropped when I heard Graham Richardson utter the words. I remember when Carol Anne first began. I remember meeting her at her first Ottawa Santa Clause Parade. She is the one of the brightest faces of this community. Bell Media, bring Carol Anne back.

A pillar in the community, Carol Ann is a trusted anchor who delivers the news with heart. If she leaves the newscast it should be on her terms, not the budget of Bell Media.
