Bring her back, this is about community and trust, Carol Ann has extolled these characteristics for years. All she does is make things better for her community and those of us who see her as a caring individual. Thats a good thing, you have probably missed on your high horse at Bell media

Bring back Carol Anne! She has been integral to local news and is an icon. She knows and cares about the Ottawa community. No one can fill her shoes! CTV needs great local journalists like Carol Anne! You've lost a viewer to save a dime.

I can't believe it!!! CTV didn't even say a proper farewell - the announcement was made well into the news hour...its pretty pathetic! We will miss her!

If this is the way Bell Media treats long time staff who many in Ottawa consider family, then I can say that I've watched my last newscast on their station. Both Carol Anne and Carolyn Waldo should be reinstated immediately with a public apology from Bell.
