Unbelievable, someone who has done so much for all to be let go in this manner. It is very sad.
Good luck Carol Anne.

I realize this is a business decision but feel Bell Media should start with new recruits and work up rather than laying off their senior employees.

She was by far the best reporter on CTV. They fired the wrong person.

Please bring back the primary reason for watching CTV News. Otherwise, expect a thank you card from CBC.

She is a staple in the Ottawa community. This is a shame. I will be watching the news elsewhere if she is not reinstated

This is a terrible way to treat long time valued employees especially not even lettering her say good bye. This will be the start of a slippery slope for CTV news which we have watched over 40 years.

Bell Media has ripped what was left CTV Ottawa's soul. Max left us too soon and take Carol Anne away from her community. Shame on Bell! CTV boycotted, services cancelled. Rogers, here I come.

This is a terrible move by CTV. Why her? She has been a familiar face for years in ottawa. Not a good day for equality in the workplace or the fight against sexism in the television industry.

Absolutely shameful! Carol Anne and JJ are the reason why CTV gets good ratings. Bring her back she's devoted her life to this.

If not reinstated maybe many of us should cancel our bell phones, Internet and Tv.
