I was shocked at bell media's actions. Carol Anne has been the face of CTV news for as long as I can remember. She cared about her community and was great at her job. There is no comparison between Graham and Carol Anne.

Carol Anne has dedicated most of her professional career to CTV. She is also a great humanitarian and loves the people of Ottawa. The 6 o'clock news is just not the same without her.

How cruel can you be to do that to Carol Anne Meehan! The major reason a lot of us even watch the news on this channel, and you dumped her without giving her fair warning or by letting her say goodby..Bell now does not look so appealing to me anymore since this is the way they run a business....So unfair and so cruel...We want her BACK!!! And you need to make a public apology to her for putting her through this...Shame on you Bell and if you do not take her back I know of some customers you will lose for sure!!!

Carol Anne has a real community connection. I find it incredible that Carol Anne and Carolyn were let go. They were both there longer than the men who remained. There's something wrong with that.

Carol Anne has been such a asset to the station and the Ottawa Valley. Obviously the company has no respect for the viewers and for the talent that works/worked for them. Stupidly short-sighted, in my opinion. I may have to go back on cable or satellite so I can have an alternate news source.

Carol Ann and Max were pillars in our community. No only in fund raising but helping the business community. I'm suggest that businesses stop advertising on the 6:00 pm news cast.
