SHAME, SHAME on you Bell Media, IF the cuts were really necessary, they should have started at the top of the corporation, salaries never need to be that high. SHAME on you for targeting Hard Working People who do so much for their Community. Carol Anne is why I watched CTV news as she brings a human approach to it.. .. So as she is going I will now turn to the paper . For the money we spend on Bell each month I am sure there where alternative ways to save a dollar... try starting with management as that is usually where we find an excessive area of wasted money..

I doubt that the powers that be will even read these comments much less care. Max and Carol Anne were like family. They joined us for dinner every evening and they helped us come to terms with difficult situations such as the Lepine shootongs, the ice storm, 9/11, the shooting downtown last year . . . you get the picture. They were part of and cared for the community they served and this is a harsh blow you've dealt her and us. We, as a family, see no point now in continuing to tune in each evening. Your loyalty to long time, loyal employees is shameful.

I think ut id deplorable that Bell Media has put the ever popular "bottom line" before loyalty. Watching the news broadcast with just Graham Richardson is monotone. There is no longer the commaraderie that all of us enjoyed watching the two if them together. This is not the first time this has happened on this station but it should be the last. Allow people to retire and not be replaced. That would be a kinder more humane way of doing things. Bring her BACK.

Carol Anne is what sets the 6pm news apart and makes it feel truly local. Without her it is just like any other channel. As much as I like JJ without Carol Anne I won't bother to watch.

I think letting her go is one of the biggest mistakes. I trust her news cast when she delivers it and I notice right away when she has the evening off. Max Keeping would roll over in his grave to hear that his co anchor for all. Those years has been laid off. Shame on the higher ups for this very stupid decision. Bring her back!

Please bring her back. Such a loyal, sincere employee deserves better treatment.
We watch her nightly from Otty Lake South of Perth.
Without Carol Ann, we'll be looking for another nightly news program.
