It takes YEARS to build trust with a community. Carol Anne had our trust. Bell Media does not. Very bad business decision. Bring Carol Anne back and fire the idiot(s) who thought this was a good idea.

I remember Carol Ann from when I was a small child watching the news when my parents watched. She is a legend in the news world. Laying her off would be ashame and the news world would not be the same. Reconsider your decision for doing this. News won't be the same without her! Why would you get rid of someone who is loyal and the best at what they do, doesn't make sense.

What will the 6 o'clock news be like without this gracious lady on it? Not to mention all the wonderful things she does for the community. Sending hugs to you and your kids, dear Carol Anne!

Carol is a great asset to CTV. Boo on Bell, you are idiots if you let her go, because someone else will surely hire her right away....

The smart and ethical move is keep Carol Anne and let Graham go.

At the very least she should have been given the chance for a proper farewell befitting her service and all she has done for the community, particularly through tough personal circumstances.
