Very dissapointed in Bell Media. Carol Anne is very much the"fabric" of Ottawa news. With her experience and obvious knowledge and affection for Ottawa and the Valley you are loosing a large part of what makes the news program ratings what they have been for so long. Can't imagine you are thinking!!!
