A dumb, dumb move......Bell will lose thousands of viewers because of this...Probably customers as well We will probably cancel our telephone, internet, TV and mobile phone with Bell. Who was the lame brain behind this move?

I have watched the CTV 6pm news forever. I always enjoyed Carol Anne. She always made the show. With her years of experience I don't know why one of the younger reporters could go. This is a terrible thing for the news. Please reconsider for the sake of the viewing audience....

This decision needs to be reversed. Without Carol Anne Meehan, CTV News Ottawa no longer represents the face of our community. We need the face and voice of a female reporter who is knowledgeable, trusted & compassionate, a strong community leader and a wonderful role model for women of all ages. As much as Graham, JJ, and Terry are respected reporters in their own rights, what were you even thinking when you turned the dinner time broadcast back into an old boys club.

i will not watch ctv news from ottawa...when i would watch the 6pm news it was like family now the head of is gone and so am i

I moved to Ottawa shortly before Carol Anne started on the news so she has been part of my whole Ottawa life. There is a great comfort in that consistency. I feel like since I am not ready to retire, she should not leave the air either!
