Laying her off before 30 years is typical for an organization to do. Obviously whoever is making the decisions who stays and who goes has a secure job and doesn't realize the effects on the people they hurt. People in that position have no heart and just like making themselves look good....a sign of being insecure. What goes around comes around. Your turn will come or be judged some day.

I had had many hospital stays at CHEO, and Carol Ann is one of the big reasons why CHEO is the great hospital it is.

I wonder if Max's passing was what Bell Media was waiting for? To lay off Carol Anne is horrible , I mean come on she has been on our TV's for 27 years. BRING HER BACK!

I have grown up watching Carol Anne Meehan. To let her go after such a great contribution to Ottawa is mind boggling. Sometimes the decision makers really have no clue of what they are doing.
