Carol Ann was the reason I still watched the 6:00 news. She is the most down to earth person. She really cares about the community. Graham Richardson should leave and keep Carol Ann. She is more deserving of the job.

I watch the 6pm news with Carol Anne and Graham every evening to get local area news and weather. Carol Anne is a big reason why I do this. I, then, watch CBC The National and CTV with Lisa Laflamme at night for the broader news. I like CTV because of Carol Anne and Lisa Laflamme, not because it is CTV. Bell and Bell Media are very presumptive and short sighted in cutting out one of the main players in the 6pm news. I am very disappointed in CTV and Bell Media and see no further reason to watch it , as I can get the same news online. Right now, CTV Ottawa is live, and I do not have it on. Reinstate Carol Anne and I probably will watch it, without her, I definitely will not, and, the fact is that I'll most likely encourage all my local friends to do the same. CTV is no longer the channel of choice for me.
