Carol Anne gave her all to the community for many, many years to so many organizations in the Ottawa area! She was the backbone to CTV Ottawa. Ok so now we head over to CBC for the news, Sorry for Graham. I would bet that if Max Keeping were still alive this would have not happened. BCE could not wait to pull one of the stupidest things in history of CTV all for a few more pennies in the share holders of BCE, Well done Bell.. Makes one almost sick to ones stomach. Keeping Carol Anne in my prayers. Take care God Bless Carol Anne!!!
