Ms. Meehan should not have been layed off. Bring her back... as the co-anchor - or anchor. She's proven her value to the CJOH over the many years she's worked there.

It's disgraceful that Carol Anne was a victim of the Bell Media cuts. She was a loyal employee for 27 years, a friendly face the viewers looked forward having in their living rooms every night and a very active person in the community. I guess the almighty buck is more important these days... shame on you!

Very sad to hear of these layoffs to the faces and voices of our community. Bell continues to record profits in the 100's of million per quarter on the backs of us all and turns around and does this, shameful.

I can not believe she was laid off after all those years she put into Bell Media. Such a nice lady I would love to see her back I am very disappointed.

Carol Anne's broadcasts have been a part of our household for so many years, I almost feel like I know her personally. Above all, she did a great job reporting the news. Not the wisest decision, Bell Media.

Lay offs of long time staff vs newer less expensive staff is so wrong. Please bring this woman back so you will keep your loyal viewers.
