Carol Anne represents the face of the 6 O'clock News. This was a very wrong decision.

This is a travesty. I hope the execs realize just how much Caroline is valued as a local anchor in this community and bring her back.

Bad decision on Bell . I`m really considering to switch to Rogers and hope many will do the same.Carol Anne is part of our family after all these years of viewing her in our home
. Reconsider and bring back Carol Anne Meehan.

I have stopped watching this news broadcast as 2 very dedicated and talented women that I enjoyed watching each evening are no longer on. Bell Media when you have talented, real, compassionate, reporters laid off after many years, you should be ashamed how the the dollar is more important then basic humanity. She was a giver and you were a big taker. CJOH had been the news broadcast I grew up with but its time I found a station with integrity. Not sure Carol Anne would even consider to come back to a company that treated her so unjustly wrong, but Carol Anne you sure have many........many......many people who loved having you in their homes and hearts.

She deserves more respect than that after offering 27 years of service! What an embarrassing thing to do to a reliable long-time employee.
