Shame on you Bell Media. This is the way you treat the pillar of out community.

Loyalty is rare in this world because it is never rewarded so why go the extra step. Reward carol by letting her Atleast day good bye to her city you money hungry cowards. Bell media you disgust me. Cancelling my bell that I got 4 months ago just cost me 289 in fees and I don't care I'm proving a point

How hurtful to not even give an explanation to its viewers who clearly have a special bond with our news anchor.

Terrible decision! We have been watching CTV news for over 30 years. We will now change to CBC even though we often disapprove of many of their positions on important topics. We always preferred most of the CTV announcers but refuse to watch the remaining news team.

I watched ctv news for years for three reasons: Max Keeping, Carol Anne Meehan and Lisa Laflamme - I cannot believe that you would let her go - count me out as a viewer.

Unbelievable! News is just not the same without Carol Anne - Can't believe that CTV could be so disrespectful. I will be watching another news channel for sure!

Carol Anne should be the host - please bring her back. She is CTV evening news. Not her side kick.

What are you thinking? After Max Keeping, Carol Anne is probably the best loved co-anchor in Ottawa. You obviously have no judgement. I think I will change all my services over to Rogers since you obviously cannot make good business decisions.

She should have been kept. She's been there the longest! That's not fair!
