Good people are hard to find and harder to keep.
Bell has reinforced my opinion of there management. Not deep thinkers.

that the suits do not understand the Ottawa market. Max and Carol Anne were our
for decades. To Bell Media: lf you need to cost cut, send Richardson to another market but do not deprive us of Carol Anne !!!!

I am saddened at this decision. I liked watching the news and the dynamics between Carol Anne and her colleagues. I was watching the news and it is not the same. I was flipping the Chanel's not knowing which channel now to watch.

A staple in our community and the connection with the late great Max Keeping we all still need. Bell media have some class and allow your community to keep what matters to them.. . Do the right and bring back Carolyn Ann.,

Carol Anne was the best part of the show. I watched CTV news most evenings. the most trusted news program no longer has my trust. Time to switch to CBC.

Bell media should realize the great media her presence generates, CEOs are missing the big picture.. Sad, tonight's newscast was vacant like she had died..much like Max, but without at least a tribute to all she gave and represented. Shame on you Bell Media.. No

As long time viewers of CTV Ottawa news morning, noon, and night, what has always impressed us most has been has been the fact that each and every newsperson not only delivered the news, sports, weather, and local events in a professional yet warm way, but also clearly shared a deep love and appreciation of, and commitment to, the local community. Carol Ann has been a big part of that special team. It is beyond be.ief that she would be let go in favour of keeping Graham Richardson who was parachuted in to supposedly fill Max Keeping's seat. He is the one and only member of the CTV Ottawa news team who does not 'fit'. He still shows no genuine understanding of the local viewers or the importance the other team members place on supporting the local community. Never was this more evident than during the days following Max's death. It is beyond belief that he stays on and Carol Ann, who has spent all these years supporting the team and the community, is let go.
