She has become like family, when we see her on TV everyday. We feel her loss. CTV will never be the same. What does this show the younger generation, that loyalty doesn't pay in the end. 27 yrs of service and dedication and you get laid off. Pfffffff what is this world coming to.

I was in shock when I heard this news. To throw away such a great asset as Carol Anne is disgraceful. Bell Media obviously did not see the jewel they had in Carol Anne.

You are a corporation and have tough choices to make. Note carefully that dismissing Carol Anne Meehan is a mistake. She is a top notch reported who is much loved and respected in the community which includes the entire Ottawa Valley as well as the Outaouis Valley.
