I'm all for progress, but adding a pay parking lot is not going to alleviate the parking situation. We already have one on 12th and people don't use it. Taking away green space to lay more concrete is not the answer

This is a rediculous proposal. Why are these "builders" allowed to take over neighborhoods by overbuilding and putting our kids at risk? Metro needs to learn to say no thanks.

Please do not pave our playground just so businesses can have free parking.

Why hand over valuable green space that could be used for a playground to the 'public'' (read bars).

At the least, this decision needs to be postponed until more information can be gathered.

This will do nothing for students except occupy green space they need.

an unnecessarily large parking lot is not in the best interest for the neighbors nor WBE. The residents of Caruthers already endure the throngs of cars and noise. This will attract more people until 3am.We want to live in a historic neighborhood with integrity. Leave the profit making party parking lots toDemonbru

This proposal is not in the best interest of the students who will be attending WBE and should be rejected.

I completely oppose this project as well as the proposed changes sought by the Tabernacle Baptist Church to place a 222 unit mixed use development adjacent to this site. I live on Lawrence between 12th and 11th Aves and the traffic is already horrible. This will only make it worse!

keep this area a community, not a business center. Hogs get slaughtered. If no one gets greedy, everyone gets Rich!!

I am blown away that this is even being considered. At minimum, it should be postponed until after a year of observation can be made.

This is such a badly thought out plan for everyone who lives in this area and for those whose children will be attending.

This is not an appropriate space for a parking lot. Our residential street traffic will be significantly impacted in an already overdeveloped area.

Please stop purging the 12 South area. There is too much development and not enough space.
