HB2439 is Detrimental to Texas Cities

Please continue to allow Texas cities the autonomy to make their cities special!

Please veto this bill. It is very bad for communities. It reduces property values and can It only favors developers who want to be cheap!

Please veto and allow local communities to continue having some input on what is being built in our communities. DFW sprawl is destroying the quality of life in North Texas.

This bill is a terrible idea that will make it difficult, if not impossible, to maintain the real estate values that enrich the state through property taxes and Robin Hood funding.

Please allow Texans to have local control over development in their cities and do not sign this bill.

this is a horrible mistake. Let cities regulate themselves...

Please let local government self regulate this issue. Not being able to regulate these items will have I’ll effects on historical areas that will no longer be able to regulated.

This bill will ruin the looks of our little Hill Country town. Our city council has fought hard to keep our town looking historical in keeping with our heritage. Please do not sign this bill into law because it will ruin our town's economy. Thank you.

Keep my hometown quaint and let our town officials do the regulating.

This bill needs to be vetoed. As a citizen, I vote to elect city council that helps regulate and maintain/ add value to our town. The facades/ exterior and the planning of developments is part of that.
