I love the new trail and think it would be awesome if it went all the way to Mendocino College

This Ukiah Rail Trail is fantastic. We need more trails like this. Safe and dedicated places for people to walk and bike make our communities more liveable, keep our children healthier, make Ukiah attractive for business, and help us maintain property values. Let's make the trail stretch from Hopland to Willits!!!

My weekday office is in Ukiah, so I bike here all the time. I'm looking forward to the day when the rail trail will cover the greater Ukiah Valley so it can serve more destinations.

Always take the time to walk the Ukiah Rail Trail when we are in California. It's great! More would be better!

This trail is a great start on making Ukiah more bike and walking friendly. I hope we continue to move in the direction of providing safe places for people to get out without cars.

Vandalism and graffiti are always annoying. But think what it looked like before. The vandalism and graffiti aren't new. It's actually way less than it was before! Please share with your friends and ask them to sign!

Love the trail. It does seem to attract vandalism (this is why we can't have nice things, lol), but the same is true for other towns with trails. Would be great if pedestrians could travel as far as the college or Lake Mendocino without having to ride/walk along State Street.

Current N. & S. traffic in Ukiah consists of busy streets that allow street-side parking. The rail trail is very important for providing pedestrian safety. The trail also provides a carbon free route to grocery stores for residents.

This is a wonderful beginning of a trail. Let it grow, on and on, north and south!

Love the rail trail and want it extended! It goes right past my place of employment and this encourages me to exercise every day.

I love biking on the rail trail. it's so peaceful and feels safe. And I'm also impressed at how many other people are on it, too!

I remember growing up with the trains. it would be nice to have them back. ukiah was booming back in the day when they did run. so much more business.
