That's just ridiculous trying to centralise the football to Jordanstown. What about all the skilled players at the other campuses across the region that is alienating these students and school at all levels is to be about equal opportunities and so don't take these sporting opportunities away from these students.

You need to keep the football going at Magee and Coleraine Campuses. #saveUUSoccer

Queens wouldn't be at this if they had an additional campus ;-)

A disgraceful decision. The battles we had with coleraine were great occasions. The Magee campus team I coached were fantastic and are worthy to grace any collingwood.

Not right. UUC is combined with the Ulster Uni. everyone should be allowed to be apart of a team!

What example does this project from a university when young lads just want to play sport. They could be out doing a lot worse.

I strongly oppose the decision of UU to not allow UUC &UUM enter the Collingwood Cup as individual Universities. Both campuses have a long standing history in Irish universities competitions and the competition would not be the same without them. I hope the decision makers in this process come to their senses and realise that they are potentially damaging the chances of many talented student players taking part in one of the most prestigious competitions in University sports.

Coleraine has always been a fantastic venue for all three Intervarsity Tournaments. The best of luck with your fight against tis unfair decision. In 2010 Magee hosted one of the best organised Collingwoods in my memory. Kind regards

Unjust, unfair and very discriminatory - the latter is most unexpected in modern Northern Ireland when it is supposed to be all about inclusion.
