Absolutely no regard to the essential requirements as posted by the organizers ...... scale, local techniques, affordability, etc ....... distorted proposals to please the fleeting eyes.

I have also participated in this competition.The result shocked me either. I do also believe that jury have ignored many aspects which have emphasized many times in competition brief. my registration code is bcc283

Although I agree that all project lacks compliance with the brief, I see the winner as a good and inovative proposal, however, again, lacking all the emphasis on the landscaping design and cultural Islamism elements.

There is absolute no transparency in the Jury Process.There is no convincing answers as on what basis the winning entries were selected.All 1070 entries deserves more.

I am particularly perturbed by a couple of the 'runner up' winners who seem to have won with non-compliant designs (sure, they won't be built, but the challenge was to meet the brief AND create something exceptional)
