Before this warehouse is considered, the issue with Brundage Rd. should be addressed. Trucks illegally parked, leaving debris and waste along the road is a non-issue as long as the tax base is increased.

i’ve dealt with the owners of this business before.. there’s plenty of locations away from waterways and wildlife that their warehouses could be set up. they have plenty of resources to make it happen.

51 years ago, my husband and I chose Baldwinsville for our hometown because I had done my student teaching here and it reminded me of my hometown. Please don’t ruin our hometown.

This affects more than Lysander residents. This is a huge negative impact on the environment. Great Northern Mall sits empty. Good highway access. Use that.

I Strongly oppose Constructing this new build. Please consider re-developing any one of the million square feet of unused commercial space in the area such as Syroco. One of many empty buildings .

Visit my daughter in Baldwinsville. This type of company, while providing needed jobs does destroy quality of life around it. It will impact a wonderful area for raising children.

Moved here because it was a peaceful little town. Traffic will be rerouted through the village which is already becoming too congested with traffic. This will also cause pollution, environmental, and wildlife issues.
