the Warehouse/Distribution Center will totally change our serene existence. Add to the already very busy roadways. They should go somewhere else.

Take over one of the locations that already has vacant building on them rather then take away area where wildlife florishes. If it's the size of great northern mall rip down the mall that is mostly vacant anyway and but your building there.

I am against the building of this warehouse. Our infrastructure is already maxed. I also do not want the added pollution - noise, air and water that will result.

Just spent my life savings on a new construction home in Giddingscrest after searching for years for a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and wildlife. When hearing of this proposed structure and the impact not only on wildlife, noise, traffic issues for the neighborhood and surrounding access to highway, I am extremely concerned. This will greatly increase travel with bottleneck backups on rt 48, 690 and Hencle Blv, and will certainly decrease home value and noise in and around this area. Please consider building in another commercially zoned area and not in Lysander.

Baldwinsville and its surrounding areas are becoming a joke with ever-worsening traffic issues, the ridiculous number of cookie-cutter houses being built and the disappearance of natural areas (trees, grass, fields and streams) that once made this part of the world a wonderful place to live. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!

Environmental and traffic concerns are my primary concern.

We don't need another warehouse. Lysander used to be such a peaceful little community. That's the last thing we need. I say build it in syracuse somewhere..

Totally against it. I have lived here for 35 years and bought out here because I enjoyed the agricultural living. Since then sixty road has become a thorough fare ! Last year the school busses, McLeans and all the factories that opened up at 60 Road and behind the truck back is becoming overbearing to the point where I can’t even pull out of my driveway. The railroad tracks are disgusting and need to be replaced yearly because they take such a beating from all the trucks. They take down the wires to my cable and my phone yearly ! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

I am very much against this warehouse. The infrastructure of our town cannot handle it and I do not want the added pollution - noise, air and water that will result.

It would be a travesty to have the Village of Baldwinsville, and its supporting residential communities, be overwhelmed and defined by a behemoth distribution facility that would severely impact the character of the community and the quality of life of its citizens.

I'd like to know the history of this parcel. What was/is the zoning of it and why would the Town permit an intense industrial use adjacent to a significant environmental resource and residential uses?

While everyone wants economic expiation, the proposed site is not the logical site for this protect. The extension of 690 was meant for easy access for residents of the suburbs to have easy access to the city of Syracuse and the surrounding areas. It was never intended to support a commercial enterprise of this size! The traffic will overwhelm the area. The noice pollution and air pollution will disrupt the residential neighbors within a stone throw of the proposed site. I urge everyone to reject the current site of this economical development.
