Hencle and 690 intersection is already very, very busy. Adding another Route 48 outlet so close to this intersection would be a nightmare, not to say the truck traffic from Hencle would be greatly compounded as well.

The desire to live in our town and community is largely based on the fact that it is quiet, remote, and away from any major commercial areas. I dont want to see our town turn into an industrial or heavily commercialized area such as carrier circle/East Syracuse. The noise pollution alone would be enough to drive many current residents away, along with deterring future home owners from looking in our area consequently driving down our property value.
Please search elsewhere for a place to build this Mega Warehouse. Great Northern Mall is sitting there practically vacant. Instead of building a new eyesore, take that one (an already heavily commercialized area) and make use out of it.

I work at Anheuser-Busch and pass through the intersection of Hencle and 690 twice a day and frequently on my days off. A large warehouse in that location would be detrimental to the local traffic patterns and make a somewhat dangerous intersection even more hazardous.

With 140 bays for trucks and 500 employees, 24/7 activity, the pollution, noise, increased traffic, will not only adversely affect nearby homeowners and commuters, it will affect the village with increased, unsustainable traffic. Normally quiet residential neighborhoods may become thoroughfares of trucks, vans and warehouse employees searching for access to four lane. highways. Air quality, too, will be affected by diesel particulate matter. The health of present residents may be in jeopardy.

The warehouse will be 6th largest warehouse in the world. It would certainly hurt Lysander’s reputation as a lovely community. Imagine people doing a Google search to find one of the world’s largest warehouses right in our town. Lysander’s reputation will be destroyed. Horrible.

I don't oppose the industrial use at this location but I do object to the size of this particular warehouse/facility. I believe that this will significantly increase traffic and make it difficult for people on 48 south of Church to access 48. Further, the road noise on 48 is already loud with the trucks using air brakes and will only increase based upon the number of trucks to this facility.

United Auto has already stated that they will apply for tax exeption with the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency. The taxpayers of Lysander are going to see significant tax increases to pay for all of the infastructure improvements that are needed for a building of this size. At minimum, it will need a power substation, water and sewer supply, 4 lane upgrades to Rt 48 and Henkle Blvd, traffic pattern rerouting, etc.

Intersection is too congested as it is with trucks entering Radisson Corporate Park

A warehouse of this size would have a big impact on wild life not to say anything about heavy traffic and pollution.

I have severe concerns concerning traffic increases and safety, and with what impact it will have on drainage in the area

We moved upstate because we didn't like the "busyness" of Long Island and it was too loud and crowded. This area is beginning to become very similar with all the new buildings going up.
