I have struggled with no well water for two months. I have septic tank. I have lived here 34 years, paid my taxes on time every year. I moved here for the 3 Rivers Wildlife Reserve. Now more animal habitat is being taken away is an awful awful thing to do. Traffic, accidents, lose of privacy for residents AND you are giving them tax breaks so my taxes go up; they are taking water away from us well owners and increase load on sewage system. Climate control will be out of control. This is a stupid, pathetic political stunt for a billionaire. If this goes through, I will no longer vote for You. I will hold you all in office responsible for all the negative impacts this stunt will have on the Town of Lysander!!!!!!

This type of project should be voted on by the people of the town.

Need to stop building in every open space or we'll be like the Town of Clay.

We do not need any more truck traffic in Lysander - we have too much now as it stands.

Building this warehouse would cause unnecessary and drastic negative impacts to surrounding wildlife.

The added congestion is a big concern as this corner is already congested. The merging lanes from 690 to 48 are already scary as people always race each other and cut people off and this will make it worse. This is supposed to be a peaceful area we don’t need more pollution both chemical or light pollution. Destroying more nature when there is other locations that can be revamped rather than destroy more land. This is a terrible location. Our taxes are already too high.

I am a loss as to why we would destroy more natural habitat when there are so many vacant warehouse type facilitites in Onondaga county that could be rehabed and reopened. EMall area could be utilized.

Environmental impact??? Traffic impact for a *distribution center*?? This intersection is already busy during peak times, adding traffic volumes that come with distribution center (not a warehouse - distribution is even worse!) will create significant congestion and safety risks. It will also introduce increased levels of noise and "white light" in the area - which those of us who have bought homes in the area did NOT sign up for when we purchased.

I am all in favor of the warehouse considering that it will provide 500 good jobs in the area. But more work has to be done in finding the best location. The proposed spot isn’t it!

Inappropriate the way the town board zoning was changed to allow this.

I'd vote NO to building it at the current proposed location. Lysander and/or other surrounding towns should work with the developer to find a better location that minimizes the community impact.

Just driving through intersection of Route 48 and Hencle Blvd noon today and fairly heavy traffic. We don't need more, especially along Route 48/ Oswego Road/ Oswego Street.

There's too much traffic, noise and congestion in the area now. Has anyone looked at the effect this project would have on wildlife?

Although I will not be able to attend the meeting on 6/10/21, I would like to add my voice to the opposition of this project
