My family and I completely oppose the construction and placement of this facility. CNY is loaded with more appropriate, private locations that will not impact the lives of thousands of people that have lived here for generations. Do NOT build!!

This is an environmentally irresponsible and possibly illegal development. As a taxpayer of Lysander, I do not want my taxes supporting defense of the lawsuits that will result from this development.

We have enough traffic as it is. Are you people trying to tank property values while increasing assessments? I bet most of you don’t even live anywhere near the proposed site like we do. TOTALLY OPPOSED!!!!!

I am vehemently opposed to this proposed project. It will only cause deterioration of the area in so many ways.

This warehouse/distribution center will have a long term detrimental impact not only to our quiet community but to our natural resources .

Moved to this area to get away from this stuff. What's the impact on the wildlife areas?

This project must not be approved. The negative impact on B'ville and Three Rivers is unimaginable. A thorough Environmental Impact Review should be conducted by the DEC. Any surface or underground gas/diesel storage could cause very serious long-term problems through leakage, accidents or unforeseen circumstances. We drink spring water, folks. This is a bad idea for so many reasons...no, this is an exceedingly bad idea for many reasons.

Too big a project for our suburban community. The nine stated facts are enough to stop this project.

Please vote “No” to this proposed project. Baldwinsville has pristine areas for wildlife to live & thrive. 3 Rivers Wildlife Management Area is one of the most beautiful. Do not develop there. Find an industrial area if you must. This site is not one of them.

Too many residential neighborhoods that are near this proposed facility. It should be out in a more rural setting away from homes and children play areas.

right now when you try to enter 690 from Hinkle Bivd and there are 3 05 4 trucks coming from from the other businesses on Hincle Blvd you never make the light. If your comming from RT48 tryingtoturn onto 690 its even worse. Whats going to happen with a facility that has the amount of truck bays as the proposed wharehouse.

This project, for which the Town Board amended the Town’s prior "green space law,” will effectively turn the most pristine portions of Lysander (abutting the Three Rivers Wildlife Management Area) into a heavy industrial zone, and I therefore vehemently oppose it. Make no mistake, this mega-warehouse will fundamentally change Lysander. The footprint of the proposed warehouse is 1,007,500 square feet (equivalent to 65 football fields). Lysander would be dominated by one of the largest warehouses in the world — not just in the United States, but the world. Warehouses bring more truck traffic and resulting air pollutants emitted into our air. Air pollution from diesel trucks causes lung cancer, asthma, decreased lung reproduction in children, heart issues, and premature death, according to the American Lung Association 2020. Our streets are already being polluted by these diesel trucks 24/7. Our homes don’t need warehouses as backyards. Our health is more important that what these warehouses have to offer. The health and safety of our families should come first!

Yes there is a right to use and enjoy your private property,.But there is No right to ruin everybody elses use and enjoyment of there own private property . If Zoning laws can keep property owners from having chickens in their own backyard, then the citizens of Lysander can Zone out a massive EYESORE and Traffic, noise, safety and pollution nightmare in there backyard!

I really don’t like the idea of destroying the serenity of the 3 rivers wildlife preserve with yet another large warehouse.
