Will bring too much more traffic and people to the area, especially the village of Baldwinsville. Traffic thru village is horrific now. Their truck traffic be a big problem to area residents and to the conservation area. I totally object to these big companies being given big tax breaks and yet the hard working, tax paying citizens don’t get tax breaks. Our taxes just keep going up along with prices. The big companies just make big profits, pay the employees pittance compared to the executives. United auto already has a large warehouse nearby on State FAIR Blvd. ENOUGH ALREADY.

I live close to this site and it would be a disaster.Don't forget all the schools that are also close to this site.Children walking on rt 48 home from school. It would certainly impact 3 Rivers Wildlife Management area. Also the new Fire Station on Smokey Hollow Road, would all the truck traffic impact the fire engines and emergency response vehicles. There is NOTHING positive about United Auto warehouse project! Not to mention 90% of their products come from China.

Not necessary. they can use the space they have and update it. It is already a commercial zone.
We don't need another commercial area in the town. This town board is not interested in representing the community and apparently it didn't take much to change their minds.

WAY TO MUCH TRACFFIC NOW!!!! Why doesnt the town board and NYS fund this project for the old Carrier Site or Roth steel Site or any other site that that has the correct infrastructure for such a business. That is one of the worst intersections in the County. Town board please remove your blinders and represent the Towns Residents currently supporting YOU and OUR SCHOOLS. TU

This project will generate too much traffic, noise, dirt, etc. Our quaint and historic village of Baldwinsville and the surrounding area will never be the same. What a tragic loss.

This is too big an enterprise for this area. There are numerous locations in the area which would be less intrusive and more consistent with the overall environment such as the Radisson Industrial Park.

I do not support a warehouse here. Why not use existing space? Great Northern Mall could be purchased I'm sure. There is Shopping Town in Dewitt. This could be purchased from the city or have the city construct the Supply warehouse and the business could purchase it. There is wet land around this proposed area; wet land must be protected and kept as such.

I already have major problems trying to sleep most nights of the year from the tractor trailers/ school buses etc from the companies that are already in this area. I have to sleep with earphones to drown out the sound. I can't even imagine what this will do to our community. The noise, traffic, polution, etc will destroy this area. My husband and I will have to move. Please don't allow this to happen.

It is time to replace the entire lysander board. What a way to totally screw up a nice place to live. I am bout 3 miles from it and I will have to get out of here if it is not cancelled.

This is a horrible idea. As is the development behind tops. The traffic in bville is terrible already, you can't widen the four corners.

I opose this warehouse our traffic and taxes are bad enough all ready. I don't trust any official, local or other wise, to pass any tax savings from this to the residents of the town.

Absolutely not We are right down the street from this on route 48 We already have problems with water and sewage. I am very concerned about worsening the water quality as well as the noise pollution and the lights from the parking lot.

The address of the facility will be Route 48 Lysander. Route 48 is a state highway, running roughly from Farrell Road in Van Buren to Oswego. Out of town truckers, following GPS, looking for the warehouse on Route 48 will be routed off I-690 onto route 48 at either Farrell Road or Van Buren Road, sending hoards of trucks into the Baldwinsville "Four Corners" and north, up the Oswego Street hill. Residents can expect this already busy and noisy street to be even busier and more noisy. And there goes the neighborhood!

I guess you don't plan on being on the Lysander Board again next term? This is a terrible decision to be made without support from the Town in general. I am disgusted with anyone who voted for it, and I'd like to know exactly who did.

The 2nd and 3rd order effects of project don’t seem to be fully thought through and the potential economic benefits don’t outweigh the potential costs and impact on the community.

How was this initially required to have a 70% - 30% ratio for the "land to building ratio" and somehow the town changed it to the 50% - 50% ratio? The new developments all down 690 have increased traffic significantly. As someone else mentioned, this will flood Smokey Hollow with traffic and into Indian Springs where we have seen substantial increase due to the new housing development alone. Also, where the heck is the rest of the construction for the 631 Bville Bypass that was supposed to alleviate the traffic in the village? Shouldn't we finish that project first?!

I have lived about a mile from where this warehouse is supposed to built, for thirty years. Lysander is a very special place to live...a quiet, close community. When I bought my house, a neighbor said that I was not just getting a house...I was getting a neighborhood. This warehouse would destroy the peace we cherish here.

There is way too much truck traffic in the area now. Between Mclain, Budweiser , Gypsum and the new bus garage the area is crammed with traffic. There has been at least one traffic fatality andother traffic accidents at that intersection. The prospect of 500 jobs is great but place the facility where there is minimal disruption to property and danger to lives.
