Community Safety Concern over Proposed 29-unit apt bldg at 1645 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield CT

Not t the right location

I am a homeowner in the area and this would not be okay

I do not approve of this unit coming to my neighborhood where my family was the first home on Warde Terrace in 1964 and I can see this monstrosity being built right from my kitchen window. Put it in Greenfield Hill, let that side of town take in the burden for once.

So there's currently one small home at this already busy intersection, and someone thinks it's a good idea to put a 29 unit apt building there instead? Good idea for them maybe because it will make them money, but not for our neighborhood. Go somewhere else! Like your own neighborhood!!! By the way, try googling Harbour Townhomes, LLC and you'll see tha you can't even find them. If that's not a bad sign I don't know what is.

I object to the size and scope of this massive structure in our neighborhood and over-flow parking creative a safety issue on our streets

I have serious safety concerns about the significant increase in traffic and population to the Tunxis Hill Neighborhood which is already maxed out.

Besides an eye sore, As a parent of McKinley school, I feel this will negatively impact public safety for our children walking to school, creating more traffic to an area that is already congested.

My main concern is emergency personal getting to my disabled father . Not much room for firetruck to maneuver.

Neighborhood is turning into a ridiculous business zone, concentrate on the 2 disgraceful buildings that house hookah lounges and cheap nail salons. Clean up what's important, not more condos or low income housing. Go across town to do this.

Our main concern is the safety on our street which is Whitewood Drive/Blackrock Turnpike. This is already a dangerous intersection. A development of this magnitude will definitely impact the safety on our street.
