We the people believe the investigation and case of Dr. Teleka Patrick was closed due to incommensurate postulation. We the people do not believe there is substantial evidence pertaining to the determination of Dr. Teleka Patrick's death by accidental drowning. We the people believe Dr. Teleka Patrick is a victim of foul play resulting in homicide. We the people, request timelines, evidence, autopsies and witness lists be recomposed, reexamined and reinvestigated. We the people are educated and fully knowledgable on the past investigation findings via live press conferences, public records, media sources, and have reviewed facts, statements and claims regarding the Teleka Patrick case. We the people request a third party investigative team be included on the new or reinvestigation as well as evidence be reviewed by a third party unbiased team of experts and no previous law enforcement agents are to investigate the reopening of the case, we also request that no person or persons including friends, family, media and or bystanders are disclosed information pertaining to the new or reinvestigation of the Teleka Patrick case other than her Mother Irene Patrick, and said findings are not translated through a third party or media source to Irene Patrick, ensuring details are to be provided to Irene on a confidential person to person basis via investigators, detectives or law enforcement. We the people feel it is our right to request a reopening of the Teleka Patrick case and firmly request the above provisions be granted.
