Northern has gone down hill, since Balinger, and Moyes departed, was a good company to work for years ago, I worked 35 years as a bus driver for them

Only ever went there once, back in 2003 where me and a few others were taken out on a plaxton coach which were training vehicles back then as well as the nationals, test drive

Great depot worked there for 5 months on loan from Deptford feb1999-june1999.. Will be a great miss

Local drivers shouldn’t be forced to travel miles out the way just for work. Especially with cost of living right now.

save this Depot as bus services will suffer in birtley if it closes and think of all the staff who do not have cars to get to another Depot

25 yrs at Philli, 20 at Chester no one from management at the top or depot, said goodbye or thanks for the 45yrs of service. So Lads and Lasses fight for the Depot if i was still there i would be first on the Picket line. Bless you all keep well and good luck.

Good luck on saving the depo its been in the community for nearly 100 years needs listing providing buses to service the community for years yes the depo is not suited for such an big fleet but needs to stay even if its re perperpus as an museum or and smaller depo of an smaller company
