This is a realistic goal. For many years I thought I would have to live with Bipolar symptoms. Yet with proper treatment and persistence I have been symptom free for 6 years.

I have bipolar disorder and I want to make sure that I can live a long, happy life with my family, instead of worrying them all the time that I'm not all there. I want to target zero.

I take a step closer to complete remission each day, but for every step forward, I anticipate a slip back. Target Zero to Thrive! That's my goal!
