We hope the reinstatement of the BOG will help to establish a harmony and balance between the BOD, teaching staff and the parent body. Remember, our children's education and wellbeing is at stake. Let's stick to these two core objectives and keep business interests out of the school.

I was a member of the German Section Council for over 15 years and involved in the foundation of the TES. When the former British, French and German Schools founded the TES association, the board of directors (TES BOD) clearly committed to the democratic
structure and constitution of the TES, which include the need for the TES Board of governors (TES BOG). The very successful development of the TES in the past years clearly proves that the board of Governors has done an excellent job. Please don't forget that the TES BOG was elected by the TES members and represents each TES member. The TES BOG is the symbol for the international democratic spirit of our school!

Elected parents would like to focus on operating the school, not on legal actions: work on TES strategic planning for example. The previous Strategic plan was 2008-2018. The brainstorming for next strategic plan 2019-? has not started yet...
