Please reconsider your ‘soul cap’ ban. Wearing one can offer an Olympic swimmer no advantage other than that of feeling comfortable whilst they compete and you will be showing yourselves to be supportive of diversity and inclusivity.. which is no bad thing in the 21st century..

It's a bit of a nonsense to say that a stretchier swimming cap with a bit more space in the top to accommodate a larger volume of hair isn't allowed
