نحن الموقعون ادناه، نفوض قضائياً وقانوناً المحامي اشرف الموسوي بمتابعة الامور القضائية العائدة للفيلم الذي يظهر فيه كلب جالس على الأرض في وضعية مسالمة في حين يقوم المدعو تيسير محمد مراد من حلبا عكار شمال لبنان بقتل الكلب بدم بارد. ونفوضه بمتابعة الامور لدى المحاكم اللبنانية لينوب عن الموقعين على هذه الوثيقة ويقوم مقام بالمرافعة والمدافعة في الدعوى المقامة من جميع الموقعين ضد المدعو تيسير محمد مراد مطالبين بتطبيق مواد القانون رقم 47 تاريخ 05 أيلول 2017، قانون حماية الحيوانات والرفق بها، الذي يحمي حقوق الحيوانات في لبنان. بيروت في 07/11/2018
