It is heartbreaking to witness the level and pace of development and destruction of natural habit in our community.

Do not build Costco in Stuart period. We have yet to see the influx of traffic from the mostly new vacant or under construction apartments in addition to the already horrendous traffic as of now. Stop ruining this city for big developments that are infrastructure clearly cannot support.

It's time for our commissioners to stand up and enforce the will of the people.

This is not the right location for Costco, apartments, and retail shopping center.

Costco does not belong in this residential area. Our wetlands are more important. Build in PSL or at the least by 1-95 which should have been the first choice all along.

PSL wants them!

Kanner is already busy enough as it is and now you will get PSL people coming - the bridge will have issues again not to mention you’re next to a high school - palm city much better

Stuart will be like the crime ridden towns south of us. Stop the madness and lets keep our town a safe and unhurried peacefulness.

Build Costco in a more appropriate large retail location like the Rt 1 corridor.

100% the wrong location, too far from ma Joe roads, already overloaded with unsafe driving practices.

I live in Palm City and do not want the traffic that would come through our area with people going to Costco

Stuart does not have the infrastructure to support this traffic... Jobs are going to be filled by existing Costco employees so it will not benefit existing Martin county residents as much as you think. Not to mention the wet lands . People are changing to shopping online so why ruin our town with another building that will be empty in the future we already have enough vacant plazas ! Use what we have before you destroy vacant land . If you want big city environment then move to one !

Kanner Highway and U.S. 1 in Stuart already suffer from gridlock. This development will exacerbate this situation, which affects City and Martin County residents.

No Costco... preserve the wetlands and the Coty's Comprehensive Plan

Although I don't live directly in the City of Stuart, I am a very concerned Martin County resident. The Kanner CPUD will bring hundreds more residences into an already crowded area. Where is all this traffic supposed to go? And the environmental impacts are horrendous. Please withdraw your objection and stop this travesty now.
