Although I no longer need to use the buses, there are many people that still do and this is totally unfair considering how easy it is to misplace a bus pass (or even have it stolen). Stagecoach clearly aren't considering the fact that so many students are on a tight budget.

£301 is very expensive, especially for someone who does biology. Going home from gibbet hill is very difficult. There are always full buses unable to stop at this stop, as they have been filled by people coming on at the bus interchange, there needs to be more buses sent.
If we can't get them replaced I will be constantly afraid that I will lose my bus pass and stress out about not finding it even if it goes missing for 5 minutes.

It's bad enough that the bus services are so unreliable and fail to fulfil the sheer demand at peak times, but having to pay another £301 for a new pass that won't even last a year is ridiculous. It's an extortionate amount of money for any student and is absolutely disgusting to assume that people will be happy to pay it.

Lost mine on Friday, now I have literally not enough money to buy a replacement this term if I want to pay rent and bills, called customer service to explain my situation and saying that I purchased the pass with the understanding that I would be able to get a replacement if lost and was fobbed off, told that "It is the students fault for using it fraudulently". Disgusting, exploitation.
