I'm absolutely disgraced to hear they plan on doing this! Losing a bus pass is SO not always the fault of the individual.

Stagecoach are outrageous. They only get away with it because as students we're not taken seriously. Stagecoach are literally taking advantage of students relying on buses to get to campus, when students financial situations are so difficult as it is. Stagecoach should be a company working to help students and give the cheapest travel possible for us, not ripping us off and trying to make as much money as possible of us. It's disgusting.
