Actually asked if I could get a replacement if my pass was damaged since a year of taking a flimsy bit of card in and out of my wallet in wind and rain took its toll on last year.
Was assured that if I brought it in they would replace it for me, don't understand how they can change their policy after I bought it to be honest...

I bought this bus pass with the understanding that should i lose it once, I would be given an opportunity to purchase another for a reasonable price. It has clearly been missold!

This change from Stagecoach is absolutely ridiculous. The buses do not even run on a regular enough basis for students to get to classes on time and the services are ridiculously poor during the weekends. Absolute disgrace.

The current system is not worth the £301 bus pass as it is - nevermind having to repay the full cost. Mistakes happen, one doesn't intend to go out and lose their bus pass. Stop trying to rip us off. You're exploiting students as you know we have little viable alternative to using the buses to get into uni, and so have little other option but to pay the obscene amount for the bus pass. I know of no friend at any other university who has to pay so much money, especially for the poor quality service we get in return. Sort it out stagecoach!

The stagecoach system is overcrowded, insufficient, never on timetable, and a financial extortion again students. Significant immediate changes needed!
