Stagecoach should be ashamed of themselves.

Stagecoach instead of helping us because we are students they exploit us because they know it's the only way we can get to uni. 301 pounds already too much for this poor service and it's ridiculous to pay double the money if we lose the card. When you lose your ID or passport they charge you 1/5 of the price that stagecoach charges to reissue? It's a bus company not a gold mine!!

This is ridiculous. All they have to do is verify previous customers more effectively to combat the fraud eg proof of purchase and ID with the ID holder. Instead they give a lame excuse to rip students out of their money.

If you have proof of purchase such as an email receipt, then people should only pay the administrative fee to replace lost bus passes.

This is unfair. Had this rule been implemented before I purchased my bus pass, I would have considered a different form of transport. Sometimes mistakes happen and you lose your pass.

When you pay so much for a bus pass charging so much for the loss of it is very harsh. Especially as when it's such an easy thing to lose

I lost my bus pass when the £25 replacement was still available however decided to give it a week to be turned in, in which time the price had changed and I then had to pay £301 for a new bus pass. I still receive awful service despite paying £602 for it.

Seriously unfair on student bus-users

I believe that it is wrong to change the agreement (£25 fine for replacement) which was stated when purchased their passes. Also for the price which is paid, I believe there should be an increase in the number of buses especially at peak times which are well known.

Having bought a 2 term pass for £232, I embarked on my first week of second year. I missed 8 lectures that week due to busses that were full driving past as well as 3 busses that failed to show up at all. This forced me to bring my car to uni which incurs an additional cost of its own.
