I support this petition, stealing is wrong.. taking art from another for personal gain is gross... the process of creating a lovely piece of art with AI is an actual accomplishment and not easily met, it can take several attempts to work a prompt until it is just right.. as well, one's art is very personal, how dare these people and or companies steal for profit!

Patience is required. Ultimately we will prevail in a lawsuit that can be successfully won. Time will tell how much your award will be! They have to sell your work for you to collect damages! Keep the faith!

It is a shame that we even have to set up a petition to save our art from theft. This is so wrong in every way! I fully stand behind this initiative to protect intellectual property.

As a bestselling novelist, I have watched my colleagues fight the theft of their creations on the Internet. So I am taking a stand with the digital artists against similar fraud and creative exploitation.

I agree that it's wrong to take others a.i generated creations, as they created it with their own prompts and is thereby their own intellectual property!!

At present, the only effective solution I’m aware of involves using the latest versions of Adobe Photoshop. These allow encrypted data to be embedded directly into an image, and even enable the attachment of NFT-style provenance. The protection is robust enough that, even if the image is altered or edited, it remains traceable back to the original IP address that uploaded it and the server currently hosting it. This makes it possible to pursue a DMCA takedown against unauthorised use. That said, not everyone has access to Adobe Photoshop or can justify the cost. If there were a way to apply this kind of encryption to AI-generated work more broadly, it would be an excellent solution and one I would fully support.

I made the art, the IP is mine alone unless it's a collaboration.

I support this initiative. It's time that this should be regulated and we protected.

Stop stealing art and start compensating the artist, enough is enough!
