Why Can't we just be happy with the mess that we have now, why add to it.

The area needs time for the infrastructure to catch up. Adding this number of apartments will be a huge burden on all of the resources, road, ems, police and fire. The growth in the area has been out of control, it needs to be better managed.

Absolutely not! We do not need anymore congestion and over crowding of elementary school. The apartments on highway 160 across from Arlington is all that is needed. Too much building as it is!

This area can not support this kind of growth at this rate. The same thing happened off exit 18 in north Charlotte now that area is all apartments and the area has gone downhill at a very rapid rate.

Uncontrolled growth that can not be handled by poor infrastructure at this time. There will be 234 units going up soon on Collins Road!

Stop development and fix schools, ect. Indian Land has grown as a nice family suburb. It doesn't need multi unit developments to cheapen the area.

Don't need high density projects without improved infrastructure.

Our area doesn't have the infrastructure, nor resources to handle additional growth. Your prospective tenants will be dissatisfied and leave.
