Stop the Building of T.W.O. Apartment Complex on Calvin Hall

This is bad for the community at this time. We need more infrastructure before we can take on more residents.

Just worried about school growth and roads needing improvement to handle growth.

I oppose of the bulding of apartments as it is already too much traffic and crowded schools not to mention it will lower our tax value on our properties

I am opposed to new construction until our infrastructure catches up.

Wilburn Park Lane Clairemont

I am a homeowner in Clairemont and I am totally against the apartment complex for all the reasons (and more) listed in the petition.

Enough already! We moved to this area because it was so rural and the developments were well placed. We cannot afford to continue to have our area ruined by all of this housing.

I strongly oppose this plan

Need infrastructure before adding more residence.

Chatsworth Drive - Clairemont

The developer of this has no consideration of the neighborhoods surrounding Calvin Hall and we need to stop this project! Traffic, which is already bad enough, will become a nightmare and all the woods that screen our neighborhoods from 521 will be gone. We purchased our home because we liked that the neighborhood was surrounded by wooded areas. PLEASE SIGN and COME TO THE METTING!
