No apartments until roadways are renovated to handle the traffic. Also who pays for the the extra kids @ Harrisburg Elementary?

Please hold off on placing any more stress on Route 160 until it is widened and improved to handle more vehicles. This area is too congested, roads and schools simply cannot handle this type of volume.

Traffic is already congested enough and schools are already dangerously overcrowded

We do not need more traffic! The roads are bad enough. The main reason we moved here is to be in a quiet, under populated area...and it has grown and grown and grown. Enough growth!

There are already too many single family homes being built in this area. Traffic is a nightmare and a 313 unit apartment development will absolutely bottleneck our roads and drive down real estate prices in the area that took nearly 10 years to recover from the last market hit.

We do not need an apartment complex in India Land. We need to build structures that improve the area and service the existing population contributing value not detracting from it.

We do not need more housing of any kind.... We don't have the infrastructure for it.

There needs to be an end to development until our infrastructure and schools are built up enough to support the additional strain on the area.

I know development can't and won't be stopped indefinitely, but until the proper infrastructure is in place (especially in regards to schools), we need to slow development, not encourage it.

Indian Land is already so far over capacity and the infrastructure cannot handle it as is. If this is built, it will put strain on traffic and the already overcrowded schools!

We already have a lot of traffic in the area and our school, at 2 years old, is already at capacity.

This is too much, too soon. Local infrastructure cannot handle growth at the current pace.
