Stop the Building of T.W.O. Apartment Complex on Calvin Hall

Please, please, please! No apartments!

This area is already extremely overcrowded. Please do not build any more apartment complexes on Calvin Hall. Please consider our plea.

Why would this project be approved when a better project was turned down. Smells of bad politics to me. Do not approve this project for a number of reasons already listed.

Please stop this project on Calvin Hall.

Against the proposal

I oppose the rezoning of the property since the traffic is now in excess of what the road can safely handle without congestion and this additional zoning will only make the current situation an increased safety hazzard.

I am totally against the project for additional additions to Calvin Hall. Our infrastructure has not kept up with the traffic to date and new additions would only make it worse. This would add to your expenses and our expenses, lower our property values, and once again, destroy a multitude of trees.

The current infrastructure is already becoming overwhelmed due to development. Please move this somewhere else.

Roads and school are crowded enough. The area is not equipped to handle the congestion more development will bring. Especially on Calvin Hall.

I totally agree with all the points. I also feel the environmental impact will hurt our area.

Please DO NOT APPROVE this proposed development!

Traffic is already horrendous in this area, let alone after this building of apartments. Will take away the beauty & quality of living in the area. I moved to thei area specifically because of the location & surrounding beauty, only to have 2 large businesses & anoohter large apartment complex built in the 2 years I have bee in Clairemont.

This should absolutely NOT be built - our area cannot afford another large development

This type of development is not suitable for the area.

This type of development does not fit well in this area. Single family dwellings should be built instead.
