Stop the Building of T.W.O. Apartment Complex on Calvin Hall

No more development until the county/state expand roads, schools, and other public facilities and services

Too much construction

The area has not had an impact study done or traffic study and it already is to congested in that area.

This area is already way too congested. We don't need any more traffic on these roads from this project.

My wife and I are definitely opposed to this proposed apartment complex in our neighborhood!

Calvin Hall is a 2-lane, curvey, wooded road with single family neighborhoods tucked off of it, and people like it for that reason. It's the wrong location for apartments.

I've been a life long resident of Fort Mill and have worked in town all my life. I've seen first hand how the town has been overrun with traffic and now has significant increase in crime. Response times of emergency services and general travel time has been slowed greatly due to traffic and over-population on the roads. I've also watched the land and wildlife disappear. This has been in York County, but Indian Land is well on the way to being the new over crowded Fort Mill and 521 is beginning to look like Cherry Road, & Hwy. 160 with a touch of Independence Blvd. thrown in. We moved to Clairemont to get out of "west" Fort Mill....it was horribly overcrowded and the people were way too stressed and rude...it is peaceful here now but there is already too much traffic on the roads and too much building. Take it from a life long resident, stop now while the quality of life is still appealing.

Please don't allow this project as we don't have the infrastructure to support it.

We do not need and more apartments, which bring more people to over crowd our schools and roads.

I am concerned about all of the extra traffic which it will bring. It is terrible now so just image what it will be like once they build it and dumped all that new traffic on our narrow two lane roads. The lack of stop lights, the overcrowding of our schools. Poor, poor planning

Please stop this development our roads and schools cannot take this! Grow responsibly!

We are against the planned apartment complex in Calvin Hall.

NO APARTMENTS!!!

This is definitely not the type of development we need here. We don't need any until there are plans in place to handle the additional traffic, people, and school growth.

This is too much for our roads to handle.

I am totally against this plan to add apartment complex. It will take away from current community status.

The building needs to stop until the school systems can be fixed.
