I often take my minded children to this park, and agree with the fact that, it isn't safe for the younger children, something a little suitable and safer would be better, I shouldn't have to not let my little ones miss out

There is this park and the one in someford next to the little school and that is a bad slide set up too.

The council will pay attention when they are sued for a serious injury one day!!
It would be lovely to see an infant friendly park or play apparatus provided for small children :-)

my two year old loves this park but the lack of barriers around the tall slide makes it difficult to take him when I'm on my own as two adults are needed to unsure he stays safe.

Totally agree to this, my heart is in my mouth every time my kids go up; occupied by me.

My 3 year old son plays here regularly but is unable to safely play without being consistently supervised in the simple task of just climbing the steps.

Totally agree with the highlighted reasons.
I can't sagely assists my children with the monkey bars as so high and I'm only 5ft 2.
Ive also seen many children fall on the ladder

I am a childminder and can not use this park as the play equipment is too dangerous for the young children in my care. It would be great to see safer more age appropriate facilities in place here.

My son who is 3 lost his footing on the platform and literally fell onto his neck and head! He has also been pushed by children when on it before and luckily I was there to support him. The climbing wall is pointless as no children are able to do it and again is very high.
The ladder bars have no anti slip grip to them and are very dangerous.
The playground is not maintained very well and I have had to ring the council on many occasions to report damage.
There are a lot of young children who play in this park and safety standards are really not up to standard.
