Keeping our apartments affordable is not selling out. Yes to air rights!

What impresses me more is that you keep coming back. The comment can and will stay so that the people who wanted (or still wan) this sale can see the opposition. You may be right that there is no way to challenge this, but you may also be unpleasantly surprised by the tenacity and will of the majority. You see, for all the reasons you voted no, you somehow think that the developers will not build at all and will leave empty lots. They will not, and the 17/22 story towers with the expected 10-foot floors will tower above SPHC anyway. Therefore, your symbolic NO vote only denies us here a huge benefit and does nothing to stop what is to come. If the NO vote was an assurance of status quo, maybe you would be right. It is not and we will lose/lose, rather than see some win from it.

Funny how all those comments being posted in support of the NO vote are mysteriously being taken down, but, then again robbing your fellow shareholders with opinions that differ from yours of a voice, is what you (attempt to) do best...! So, here it is again. I dare you not to delete!: Attention would be sell outs: All those who voted NO stand strongly against selling our air, light, space, and lord knows what else to developers who only want to build an unthinkably mammoth ugly eyesore where sunshine (you remember sunshine, right? It's completely free of charge...) used to be. So, don't believe the hype! Wake up to (finally) realize you're in bed with the enemy, an enemy with gobs of cash to throw around for fancy posters, flyers, wining and dining - puhleeze. Get your heads screwed on straight and set your brains to work on another topic because the vote was completely legit, the bylaws were and are in place for good reason and the verdict is NO! The end

True, yet he was opposed to the sale of air rights because he said it was affecting his views and argued against "selling our your neighbors" for a few bucks... Now he is planning to leave and collecting is sublet fees while those who stay and live here need to worry about making everyday payments

I'm not a fan of Tal but in fairness, if he's now subletting his apartment, he'll be paying more in sublet fees...

We need more people to sign. This isn't enough and shows the minority that there really isn't a strong majority in favor. If we have any chance, we must approach the developers soon, or we will miss the opportunity.

Obviously, the PEOPLE do not believe this is in their best interest. If you don't want to lose your home because of skyrocketing maintenance, then, join the movement for affordable housing, which, by the way, has been going on for decades in our community.

I don't want to lose my home because of skyrocketing maintenance!! The neighborhood has already change! Now we have to survive. :)

The vote should be a majority wins. We shouldn’t need 2/3 | 66%.
