Please do the right thing. Apartments can be built anywhere, there is no reason to build them there

This is ridiculous and should not be developed. And, how in the world does a local government reverse an all ready federally protected conservation land?

Please stop the progress of building and populating our area. Stop affecting our Everglades. Don’t build any further and infringe on our beautiful wildlife.

Please do not allow Fiddlers Creek to erect 750 apartments on this land, it is needed to give nature space as habitat for panthers and when hurricanes come the flooding are under control with the undeveloped land .

This partial is one part of the greater acreage in the area that absorbs vast amounts of water and protects the surrounding housing from surge and flooding. If this is turned into apartment buildings the redirection of water could cause significant issues for the existing homes. Additionally the amount of wildlife is tremendous and should be protected.

Once again, the Collier County Commissioners ignore wildlife and people protection voting in favor of the developers and greedheads.

Protect wild Florida preservation and conservation should be the number 1 priority not more homes and buildings that are not needed

I support preserving Section 29 and oppose any modification of the Fiddler's Creek B.O. and Conservation Covenant. GREED is rampant in our world more than ever! Don't let them win!

Please preserve Section 29 and deny this absolutely unnecessary and ill-advised development. Too many Florida panthers have been lost due to overdevelopment and reckless planning. The numbers don't lie.
Thank you for your consideration.

What are the Collier County Commissioners thinking by approving this project? Another concrete expanse to help increase our subdivision’s constant flooding, not to mention the environmental impact to the fragile Florida wildlife and eco system? If San Marco Road (SR92) just south of this project gets flooded at high tide (they posted water on roadway signs last year), what adverse impact should we expect to our existing flooding problems?

It is important to preserve this area in its natural state. There are many other areas for development that would not impact the natural environment.
